Sutton Foster, an actor, singer, and dancer, has appeared in eleven Broadway productions, including the most recent production of Violet. She also originated the roles in Broadway as a singer, dancer and actor in The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Young Frankenstein. Sutton Foster was the Star Search contestant at the age of 15, and was a guest on Bunheads and Psych. Sutton Foster has been in Sesame Street and Law and Order SVU. Sutton Foster has toured the US and abroad in a duo with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish", her first solo CD as well her second album, "An evening With Sutton Foster Live at Caf Carlyle". She received her Honorary Doctorate in 2011 in the form of Ball State University, where she is also advisor and faculty member for the Department of Theatre and Dance. The actress has been on the show TVLand's "Younger", created by Darren Star, since March 2015.
